We are enrolled as pediatric providers for most major health insurance companies offering benefits to residents of the Charlotte area. Currently we are enrolled in all plans for the following carriers: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Healthcare Savings, Medcost, MAMSI, Wellpath, PHCS, Statefarm, and First Health. If you are not certain if your plan is a part of a network, please check with your plan or human resource department.

Whenever possible, Kids First Pediatrics will assist families in obtaining referrals for consultations with subspecialists and other allied health personnel. However, it is the ultimate responsibility of the patient/family to assure that this process has been completed PRIOR to the date of the referral. Please check with your insurance plan to know what is required to process your referral.
